Peter J. van Zunderd,
Chairman National Operational Staff Chief National Dutch Police Agency (ret.)
Peter van Zunderd, President of the PSIC Advisory Board, has recently been appointed as Chief Operational Staff. Peter was National Commissioner of Police after numerous postings and responsibilities in his 35 years of experience in the Dutch Police forces. From overseeing operation in Rotterdam as District Chief, to Chief Safety Region of Middle and West Brabant and Board member of the Netherlands Police Academy. Peter served as Director General for the European Football Championship in 2000 and, until recently, was liaison officer between the Netherlands and the South African Police Services.

General D.L. Berlijn,
Chief of Defence and Commander in Chief of the Dutch Armed Forces (ret.)
General Dick L. Berlijn, Commander of the Dutch Armed Forces from 2004 to 2008, is a 4 star general. He directed the Dutch military presence in Uruzgan with ISAF, as well as naval contributions to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, among other interventions. He has been awarded with the Légion d'honneur and the Legion of Merit, the Order of Oranje-Nassau, and the Order of Oranje-Nassau with swords. Berlijn graduated from the Koninklijke Militaire Academie in 1973. General Berlijn is now a partner with General Deloitte, focussing on Cyber Security.

Martin C.J. van Pernis, Former Chairman of the Board for Siemens Netherlands NV, Chairman of KIVI NIRIA (Royal Insitute of Engineers) and "Vernieuwing Bouw (independent platform for construction)" and Commissioner at several stock market listed companies.
Martin van Pernis is retired CEO of Siemens Netherlands and currently member of the board of FC Feyenoord Rotterdam as well as the chairman of KIVI NIRIA. He serves as a member of the board of the VNO-NCW as well as ad interim chairman of the FME/CWM. Martin holds several board positions.

Toon Akkermans, President and CEO of NCIM Group
Toon is Chairman of the Steering Committee. He has experience over 28 years as a Director/Program Manager, initially as program manager and later as Vice President Production and Automation for Elsevier NDU. Toon also served as manager of the IT branch of the within Coopers & Lybrand then newly established Management Consultancy Services department. In 1988 Toon founded the NCIM-Groep. From 1997 onwards Toon focused on the further expansion of the NCIM Groep to its current size of 210 professionals.

Joop Siemers, Supervisor Programme & Postings Abroad of KLPD
Joop Siemers already works for the Dutch National Police for more than 40 years. In 1969 he started at the police in Groningen. After the external student training at the Dutch Police Academy, he was accepted as an officer by the municipality police Amstelveen. Several positions, such as chief surveillance, investigation and executive authority were held between 1980 and 1990. In addition, the function of operational commander ME and investigation assistance team leader in the district of Amsterdam was carried out. Just before the reorganization in early 90s he was appointed Chief of the municipal police Zaanstad. In 2001 the Police Academy positioned him as director of diversity expertise. From 2004 his passion for working in the international field of non-operational police cooperation was further developed; with special expertise in respect to the Eastern European countries, Suriname, South Africa and the acquisition of (inter) national subsidies. The main task and job performance are moving within the framework of the coordinating country programs, projects, foreign delegations, peacekeeping and organizing a "crossroads" of supply and demand international.
